Download the CBF’s FY 12 Excel Worksheet (for case statistics, staff lists and revenue sources).

Complete applications are due by January 17, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.

For new applicants (i.e. organizations that did not receive an Organizational Support grant from the CBF in 2011):

Download the CBF’s Letter of Inquiry (new applicants only). 

Complete LOIs are due by January 17, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
